Any minor technical issues were resolved very quickly and efficiently. Even on a low cost shared hosting account they are able to handle several thousand visitors a day to my sites without any downtime! The two times I needed support they were there ready to help, a quick chat session and my problem was gone. The CPanel control panel is very easy to use and it's by far my favorite one ( I've tried other control panels and CPanel is way more intuitive than any other I have tried, everything is right there where you expect to find it ).
